Garrett Superstar Rewards

Welcome to the new Garrett loyalty program for 2024! We look forward to rewarding your enthusiasm!

For each new purchase of a Garrett product (with the exclusion of remanufactured, service replacement,  and performance products), participating distributors will collect points that can then be exchanged for rewards (“Rewards”) from a wide selection of leading brands and products that are found in our special catalog.  Participation in the Program is subject to this Agreement.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Participation is voluntary.  To participate in the program, you need to register with a unique login and create your password on the platform.

Each master distributor will receive an account profile on the web shop by using their login and by creating a password. We invite you to check your data in “ACCOUNT DETAILS” and change them every time you have new information (delivery addresses, contact persons, etc.)

POINTS EARNING

For every 200€ purchase of new Garrett products (with the exclusion of remanufactured, service replacement, and performance products) you will accumulate 1 point.  For any additional points a new purchase is required amounting to at least an additional 200€ purchase.  Points cannot be fragmented, and no additional credit can be awarded for purchases not reaching the 200€ threshold.  Garrett reserves the right to modify these earning rates at its discretion, without notice.

Points earned will be credited every month on the platform, and you will have the opportunity three times a year (every trimester) to select a reward.

With these points, you can order products from the special Garrett catalog. Your selection of Rewards is subject to each item’s minimum order quantity and the total number of points available to you at any given time. 

Each master distributor company will receive, on a monthly basis, any points earned in the past closed month, in accordance with the earning rates outlined in this section or as may be modified from time to time. These points will appear automatically in the “WALLET” section of the online portal. 

We invite you to contact your sales lead if you believe there was an error in your point calculation or reward.

EXPIRATION OF POINTS

Any points accumulated can be spent in one transaction, or more. In any case, all points but must be all redeemed before the end of February of the following year. For example, all points earned in 2023 must be redeemed by February 28th, 2024, and so on. Unused points will expire on February 28th of the year after they were earned.  Points are not assignable or transferable.

REWARDS

You will have the opportunity to select your Rewards from our online catalog.  Please note that some products are Garrett Motion branded. Some of them may be able to be branded with your company logo as well.  Those products eligible for your logo or special branding will be identified in the product description with the option “co-branding.”

Subject to availability, your selected Reward will be sent within 2 months to the address you register on the platform. While Garrett will endeavor to provide you with the selected Reward, if it is not available, Garrett will offer you with the possibility to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if such substitutions are available.

Your points may only be redeemed for the offered Rewards. They are not redeemable for cash, cash alternatives, other Garrett products, or other currency.

IN CASE OF ISSUES

In case of a defect or any other issue, Participant must resolve that with the product’s manufacturer subject to the applicable manufacturer specifications or terms and conditions.  Participant must also provide to the marketing solutions integrator a written notification within 1 weeks of delivery if there is an issue of any kind with the reward such that a replacement is required.  Participant hereby waives any responsibility against Garrett with respect to any defect, or any quality or other legal issue Participants claims to have with regard to his reward,  whatever the legal basis is for such claim or under whatever legal theory it is made.

If requested, the Participant must return the Reward. Following inspection of the Reward, if the manufacturer accepts the warranty it shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective Reward.

SELECTING AND ORDERING REWARDS

Once the shopping basket is full/ready, you may proceed to check out. The order will be received by our dedicated Garrett Motion Team and Garrett, or a service supplier designated by Garrett, will target to provide with a notice within 72 hours (during bank holidays or weekends, it may be longer).

Please keep in mind that Garrett will not hold any stock, so items are offered subject to availability.  Please note that depending on the order, it may take up to eight (8) weeks for your items to be shipped.  Garrett will not be responsible for any shipping or other delays associated with the product deliveries.

TERMINATION OF PROGRAM

Garrett reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Garrett will utilize reasonable efforts to provide 30 days’ advance notice of Program termination, in order to provide for an opportunity to utilize remaining points. After termination, points are not transferable and have no cash value.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by the law, Garrett shall in no event be liable for any incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, indirect damages (including, but no limited to loss of profits, loss of revenues, loss of use, or damage to goodwill or brand name) or substantially similar type damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages, arising out of distributor’s participation in the rewards program. 

To the extent Company’s liability is not fully excluded in the above section, Garrett aggregated liability for damages arising out of or related to this Agreement shall in no case exceed 1000 Euros.

DATA PROTECTION

Garrett will treat your personal data in compliance with the applicable data privacy legislation.  You explicitly agree that Garrett may provide your personal data that you share with us in order to participate in this program with third parties, such as Garrett’s service provider, in so far this is required in order to redeem your points and/or to accomplish other tasks that are related to this program.
